My wifes 25 gmc Yukon is having issues with the Bluetooth capabilities on the rear tv’s. The service department went out of there way to try and fix the issue but was unable. GMC Really screwed us on this cause I have 3 kids and can only use 2 headphones. Previous models you could link up to four. Sammy and the rest of the team do a good job.

I was told the air filter behind the glove box and wipers were in need of replacement (this seems to be standard ‘needs’). I know the wipers still had a lot of life. Filter hadn’t been changed in a while - don’t know its life expectancy. However, the normal courtesy wash, air pressure in tires, and topping off of fluid was not done. That’s disappointing.

I took my vehicle in for a check engine light and a noise I thought my air conditioner was making. I was notified it was repaired. I drove it to my place of employment, about 25 miles. When I started it again the engine light was on again. I had paid $469 to get it repaired. I called back up there, told to bring it back. They found another code for that light. This was the same code Auto Zone had give me before I brought it to yall. I was notified it was repaired. The guy who called me said it would be another $400. I can't remember exact amount. I talked to Sammy. He told me how it was another code and he couldn't help that come on after I left. And by the way when I was bringing it back to yall, I noticed my car was making a louder noise than it was when I brought it up there 1st time. So he finally said he would look at it himself and try to get to bottom of. He said it wouldn't be as much as the guy had told the 2nd trip there. It would be about $168 less cause they had already charged me that the first time. I was notified it was repaired. When I got there I found that they had left something loose, they tightened it up. That was the louder noise I heard. He then told me they cleaned out the throttle body which was the error code from auto zone. He said it had been some misunderstanding between someone and the mechanic. He charged me $176 more. When I started to get in my car to leave I noticed white scratches on my trunk. My trunk and top have scratches from car wash but these were white and were not on there when I brought it in. I finally got some other manager to come and look. He said they could not have done it because they only touch the part of the car they are working on. Lol. Anyway at this point I was too tired to fight about it. So I left. And to answer your question about will I be back the obvious answer is no.

From the knowledgeable and smart service guy and the nice lady who brought car around at pickup, my experience was perfect. I even got a verification call to verify my appt. I appreciated that. I believe her name was Jessica. I scheduled an appt away from my local GMC dealer. I will use Crossroads Chevrolet GMC when I am in Corinth, MS when I visit my daughter. Thanks to them for my positive experience. My daughter may just switch her service to Crossroads after my experience.

The last few times I made a reservation on line, Jessica at Crossroads would text me the day before my appointment is canceled due to a system error and needs to be rescheduled. I have since taken my business to another dealership with better customer service.

Not happy with the service, my car dash still has a rattle, but because it didn’t rattle with them when they drove my car, they couldn’t do anything. And when it came to trying to fix me up with another vehicle, they didn’t want do anything to make it reasonable for me to trade mine back, wouldn’t come down on the price to make it match mine. Didn’t offer me any kind of compensation, just a refi, to put me in another vehicle

The Service Department employees were very polite and helpful whenever I called about my vehicle. I felt they really cared about finding what was wrong and making sure my vehicle was safe to drive.

Everything was good except the alignment I got. It was messed up and had Gateway fix it the next day. While driving truck straight the steering wheel was cocked at a 45 degree angle. Noticed it while driving home. It’s fixed now.

I came in for an oil change. I have a 2023 GMC 1500 Denali. I didn't give five stars like I usually do because, I asked them to locate the source of the "squealing" under the hood. Is it a bearing or a belt? If so, could they fix it or tell me how to? They didn't do either. I understand they are busy and I was only supposed to be there for an oil change but it would have been nice to get that resolved as well. This does not change my perception of them, still a top-notch group of people.

The guy at the service desk gave me an attitude when I presented a service coupon that was sent to me from GMC.

The dealership was great once the deal was done. But there was some misunderstand as to what unit I was interested in once I arrived at the dealership. I was told a price on one unit but once I arrived that deal was no good, had to settle for another unit.

This is by far the most hassle free and timely new was purchase experience I have ever had. The TEAM from the lady answering the phones to the GM were friendly and very personable. My Sales rep, Chandler Walker, was down to earth and no BS or pressure. After the deal was signed, the clean up guy was backed up and Chandler took the time to give the truck a wash and clean-up. It will probably a while before I buy again, but Crossroads is where I'll the process.

He never once lost his patience with me and wanted me to be pleased with my choice. They made me a great offer with all the rebates and a fair price for my trade in. Everyone was super nice, friendly, and helpful. Miss Isabelle had plenty of patience with me also showing me how the OnStar and other gadgets worked. I highly recommend this dealer ship if you’re interested in a GMC product.

I booked my oil change online with a 1pm appointment. When I arrived there was no ercord of my appointment. The online system shows signs of needing updating or monitoring for errors. I am also curious if one has an appointment why it should take an hour or more for a simple oil change! I was also displeased that the cost of an oil change had jumped to such a higher cost, even with my discount. I was told it was due to the increase in oil cost. Next time I will have to remeber to ask in advaqnce if it has increased or I will start to search for better pricing from competitors.

Took truck in for oil change, new wiper blades, and new engine air filter. Everyone was polite. I had an 8:00 appointment and left at 10:00am. I wouldn’t say it’s a complaint but the duration of the job seemed lengthy. They did also do a recall job and I don’t know the particulars of that specific recall.
