The Chevy Suburban, decked out in gothic black, is used by the FBI as well as the Secret Service to escort the President during less formal occasions. Chevy builds special versions of the Suburban with protective armor for the federal government and local districts to use in policing efforts. If you keep your eyes out, you might even see one of these specialty Suburbans in the Ripley area.

The modern equivalent to the “carry-all-suburban” station wagon is a large, full-size SUV featuring three rows of seating. In some configurations, every row is bench-seating, meaning up to nine people can comfortably fit inside the Suburban. It’s an excellent choice for large families who need extra cargo space. Drivers could put it to use during their personal time or bring it to the job site. Today, this dual application hasn’t changed and has contributed to its enduring popularity.

Currently, the Silverado is in its fourth generation. This current generation was introduced in 2019, though a substantial refresh in 2022 included new trim levels and some advanced features.
